Our very busy summer season has now transitioned into late summer busy season! We always love the change and the way things slow... just slightly. Our new coffees will be up tomorrow and we have revised our ordering and shipping procedure to provide better, more prompt and fresher coffee. All mail orders are roasted on Monday and shipped Tuesday via Priority Mail. You should receive your fresh roasted coffee within two days (in most cases) after ship date. Thank you for supporting us and buying our coffee, todd & jenny

Ethiopia Feseha Genet, Kochere Yirgacheffe 1820 - 2180 masl Heirloom washed Zero defect, hand sorted we think: black tea, grapefruit, complex
This exceptionally complex Ethiopian coffe from the Yirgacheffe region is the product of many small farmers' heirloom varietal coffee being processed immaculately. Keffa's Zero Defect Sorting, which takes 3 times longer than other coffees from the region, enhances its clarity in the cup and intensifies the aroma of black tea, the peach sweetness, and grapefruit acidity.

Many of our coffees come to us with certifications that guarantee they were produced without the use of chemical pesticides. As a responsible roaster, we have tried to inform our customers when coffees are processed without the use of chemicals pesticides. Organic Certification allows for an integrated pest management system and customers should be informed about what it means to have that certification. We have always been focused on providing amazing coffees without using a certain criteria which has a limited focus, but looking at coffees that have broader reaching implications to our planets health.
